Wah, sep bto even further in, more than a kilometre in. Good location for 3 rooms though, just next to mrt, hmm it will be downgrading without the gov grant as I recall gov is giving some grants for people to downgrade right?

Not really as July BTO at Avenue 4 and Avenue 1 but Sep bto at Avenue 1,Avenue 3 and yishun street 51 which is more nearer to MRT and location is better...

Compared with angsana breeze which I am targeting it is further in, towards seletar hence further from Khathib mrt.

If you can get the highest floor and get to see past the top of the trees then it can be permanent as the future blocks in front has a height restriction and will not be higher than yours.
The only showroom will be the generic one at hdb hub.

I think you will get mid floor as noticed some apply yishun bto for fun and you have use scheme to apply for PPS rite that why 4 chancesThe sep bto location is better

Haha no la.. Is the near parent house scheme tats why got 4 chance.. If got pps lagi better. Wil hav 6 chance. Ya I thk sept bto along ave 1 better lox. No blockage can hav the golf course n reservior view..

Ya cox there is oly 4 units of 4room top floor tat can see reservoirs due to the really tall trees up the small hill opp...
Better to choose facin the sch de. But wil hav afternoon sun la..
If wan no sun take vine grove actually oso not bad. Cox vine groove the layout out like better due to the kitchen entrance direction..

Some pple dnt like at Avenue 1 bcos too far in but also have advantage near reservoir mean in fengshui water is luck

For SEP bto near Avenue 3 which nt far from MRT...So I think many pple will drop out July BTO and apply SEP BTO and see get the gd queue number...

My prev punggol one 200 plus it also took like 3 months..


Eh anyway check with you guys, my appointment date clashes with my exam..I do know that can appoint proxy but its a once in a life time event.. if i go after my paper which is after the appointment time.. will they still entertain me?

I'm not sure if they will entertain u.. But confirm u gonna lose out some unit as ppl schedule behind u will now choose before u.
