Hi Dylan I am assuming you the 2.8 % additional is with reference to non online transactions?

For online how to determine if it is a local website or overseas website?

Does it mean that if I am charged in USD it is an overseas transaction?

Hi there. Please PM us your contact details and we’ll arrange for a Customer Service Officer to assist you. Thank you!

For the FREE FRANK LUGGAGE promo, is online transaction also considered as retail transaction ? The T&Cs say $800 spend in retail transaction is required.

harlow OCBC,

I'm reading on the frank card here FRANK by OCBC - Great Deals Terms and Conditions

Am trying to find out how the $60 rebate cap (for online purchases) work for the first billing cycle upon receiving the card...

The 6% cash rebates on your online transactions are only awarded if you have a minimum of $500 total retail and online transactions posted to the FRANK Credit Card ('Card") in a calendar month.

Lets say I receive the card on 20th Oct, and spend $1000 online on 21st Oct, so how is the rebate for Oct calculated? Clear cut $60, or pro-rated to days left in calendar month of October (i.e. $60 x 10/31)?

Well, the key is to manage your spending. You can use it to pay 2 months bills, HDB season parking, ezlink spending etc in 1 month. Just do some advance payment for next month so that you don't have to use it every month, simple common sense. If 2 months also not enough then 3 months, i don't see any issue. Got problems doing so, top up $500 to ezlink also can.

Hi socketer, you will get a clear cut $60! There’s no pro-rate for rebates :)

Spend less than $500, the rebate 0.5% only.

For BOC only need to spend $100 for the 5.5%
