The new Frank Card by OCBC... any good?

Oct 7th received sms Frank card approved, informed that will received package 3-5 business day.
Oct 11th received phonebank pin.

Up till today Oct 21st, I have yet to received the credit card.

Is this way too long? How long did you guys received your card once you got the sms approval message.

Yes, too long. I received mine a few days after i got the phonebank PIN. Did you received the card PIN then? It seem weird to have both the card and PIN missing.

Yup, havent received the card pin and the card itself.
I called the OCBC call center and they said the still in process of sending out the card, said should be receiving soon.

They are really slow. I think for Manhattan card, they approved and sent out everything within 1 week.

I just got the Frank CC, how and when do I get the $25 AllDealsAsia Cash voucher?

From the ADA website conditions, it said "•You will receive your S$25 AllDealsAsia Cash Voucher if your credit card application is successful and after you have received your credit card. The Voucher Code will be sent to you by FRANK OCBC Bank via email and SMS. "

I have not received any sms nor email.

Visa exchange rate + 2.8% service charge = exchange rate you see on bill. 1% for Visa, the rest go to the bank. This is the standard, what do you need to know? It has been covered in depth in many threads here.

received sms alert that card will be sent within 3-5 business days.
(note to OCBC: pls don't send this promise if you can't fulfil it)

Today, I received second sms to ask me to activate the card... really joker sia!

The CSO said due to "popular demand" they ran out card... Told her that I don't mind the design, just send me any pattern so long can use for online purchase. But she can't do it.

Really disappointed, they are way behind SCB that can fulfil within 2 business days, Guaranteed! By this rate, I predict OCBC maybe take 30 business days to send my card!

I applied around 10 Oct, received SMS on 16 Oct, letter for more info few days later and SMS to remind me to put funds into the bank account... when I haven't receive anything yet!

Wanted to use the card to purchase air ticket, wait and wait until the price gone up and the seat taken...

Same experience here. OCBC very very slow one. Took 2 weeks just to approve, and another 2 weeks from approval date to receive the cards. Total took approximately about 1 month.

Best part is I received the SMSs reminding me to activate the cards days before I even received the cards. Zzz.

Yes. It's taking way too long. I applied since early sept and till now haven't receive the card. Only receive the pin and sms asking me to activate the card.

glad to know quite a few people face the same situation, thought my card lost in mail or something.
