Hey, a quick question regarding charging of the phone.

I noticed a strange behavior under the Battery Saver. The phone was fully charged to 100% as indicated, but when I turned off the charger, it is dropped to 94% immediately. So, I turned on the charger again, and it is fully charged to 100% within a while. I think it is impossible to jump from 94% to 100% within few mins.

Battery saving was on though.

Is this normal, or something is wrong with the battery or battery level status indicator? Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Edited: I think something is not right for the battery status info. It happened again once I off the charger. So, I decided to reboot phone. And the status is reporting 100%, from 94%. Perhaps there is a bug with the battery saver.

Nah, some system process probably hang & report wrong battery level. Reboots usually solves the problem. I doubt it's Battery saver since that should switch off when plugged into USB.

Well Lastbattle is ordering the OEM Yellow back. You can buy from him & change the back to Yellow.

strange though, i'm not receiving any updates for the firmware. maybe Singapore phones get updated last.

Or you can do what I did, buy the yellow wireless charger case. Now my White 1020 looks yellow.

What firmware? Nokia Black is not scheduled to be released until around New Year 2014.

i brought a clear case for my lumia 1020 already, so can't fit a wireless cover. a point to note for those buying clear cases, if the plastic wraps closely to the lens, you tend to have flaring in dark photos with flash. i presumed the flash illuminated the clear case and refracted the light into the lens.

My firmware version is 3049.0000.1330.1009. Since it's very close to 3050.000.133x.1010, I wouldn't really worry about it since it could be for Lumia 1020 sold in other markets & we already have the same benefits.

Hi people, just to check, which facebook client you all using? I using the one by microsoft but it seems like it doesn't update on the tiles.

Another thing, my metrotube wouldn't load when i am on 4G but works fine on WIFI anyone knows why?

Hi bros, wanting to join the 1020 club and plan maturing soon! Just checking.. i called singtel call centee and they told me different branches have different promo and different freebies... i'm quite shocked tt singtel has totally no consistency...

Need some advice.. where should i get my phone to have better freebies? Or should i wait for comex this coming nov?

there would definitely be better deals and freebies during the comex .

but as long as it comes with the camera grip it should be good enough .

the other freebies are mostly not as important .

Definitely loving it. The wireless charging cover is a nice addition in my opinion.

it's available. just downloaded it to use. I can't find it in store from the phone, so had to push it from the website.
