This might change soon, especially since the research on resistance starch and its benefits have proven very compelling. It has gained a fair bit of traction within the paleo and low-carb community.

btw, try replacing potato with pumpkin in curries!

Yup some talk going on with resistant starches but still early stage

Most still not eating real potatoes (other than a hack)

Anyway radish works in curry too I think hahah

LADIES FINGER

Norm you can see those Indian or Malay ladies sell de. Or sometimes got Chinese also. With a lot of pots and urns with various stuff inside.

Just tell them like "not so spicy, red curry for Chicken/beef"

They will know what to mix.

I cooked curry chicken too hahhaha.
anyway I just realized that the a1 curry chicken paste Contains msg & vegetable oil.
dancing chef curry chicken paste has no msg but uses soybean oil
I always look at ingredients list in the supermarket, ended up 2 hours walking around buying nothing. LOL. THAT'S A MISUSE OF MSG.

Have you guys seen zichar stall frying fried rice? The cook added HALF TEASPOON of MSG. omg that's like 2.5g.

I'm sensitive to too much addictive MSG if I eat it I will be very thirsty. If used correctly in minute amounts, no symptoms will occur.

Human breast milk, tomatoes, mushrooms, kombu, and Naturally fermented organic raw miso etc contains naturally containing msg and not addictive. I don't get symptoms from eating them.

Comparing Eating msg in miso and soy sauce and eating additive msg is like comparing eating fructose in an organic green apple and eating additive fructose. There may be fructose in an apple but just one is ok considering the other health benefits that the apple provides.

After saying so much But of cos I will choose natural occurring msg to an additive source. :s13: Just don't want natural msg to be misunderstood.
