I've got a problem
upgrading from 100mbps to 200mbps requires me to upgrade n activate the ONT, which I have to pay?! I wasn't told of this before I upgrade n recontract!!

Honestly hope that M1 will knock down the price of your 300Mbps plan to attract more customers to sign up. Thinking of jumping to M1 but I am not sure whether there is any case in M1 where Open Net never show up during ONT port 2 activation date. If I am to sign M1, how do I ensure that the activation of port 2 and M1 installation go smoothly as promised? Every weekend I will use M1 at my father's home and so far so good. No different from ST fibre BB.
But why not just take 200Mbps? Do you really need 300Mbps or even 1Gbps?
