try not to drink the sauce.. a lot of sugar, you will be surprised how much sugar they put.

Actually no. Avoid the sauce if possible plus not a good permanent lunch.

There are so many misunderstand about this lifestyle. Apparently we focus too much on just about lowering the carbs. But missed on the more important clean eating.

Yakult is loaded with sugar. Greek yogurt is a better alternative.

Best to just eat clean for now. Don't restrict your intake but eat till full for now. Monitor your weight from time to time. If you are still losing weight, just up your intake. Trial and error. Not hard science

Increasing caloric intake actually very easy if you up your intake of fats. A cup of coffee blended with 50g butter and 2 tbs of coconut oil can easily be >500 calorie.

Yeah. I think all yogurt have probiotics. I dunno if yakult has any unique strains of bacteria not found in yogurts but it has quite abit of sugar that makes it tasty.

yakult less sugar still contains sugar reh.

it's the same as drinking diet coke or coke light.

I'm just curious .. wanna go check out the nutrition value of a yakult. why is it promoted as healthy. they got the triangle logo leh haha
