If you're not going to heed the warning and insist you have a right to express, do so outside of this thread or in another forum. "Freedom of opinion" is an often mis-used term to justify actions that annoy others.

As many have mentioned, you shouldn't question my objectivity. It's something I've had demonstrated enough in my own comments. Yours have been undermining the club and the supporters time and again. Also, as pointed out, your absence during the time when the club was on a good run and your timely appearance after faltering is quite telling of one thing: You are here to troll.

If one is repeatedly derided by one's own peers, common sense would dictate that either a change of attitude is required or avoid the situation altogether.

And for my stand on Can, I already mentioned it earlier (if you had bothered to read).


Do the rest of the members think that I'm being biased against you? They keep telling I'm too nice. I'm not going derail the thread any longer by arguing with you any further.

As a responsible moderator, I would have expected a straight answer and not side-track my query.. 1) Can a fellow member here (jask) abused and used foul language onto others and I am not saying on me only but on many others in here as well on several occasion.. Is it ok by you as a moderator? Shouldn't an unbiased moderator be taking action or at least 'be seen' taking some kind of action? However I don't see it even though your subsequent posts have came after his..

So when you said we shouldn't question your objectivity. It's something you have had demonstrated enough in your comments.. But apparently, you didn't demonstrated anything to discourage it, so.. your silence on the matter seemed to suggest you condone it?

I will say it again, I just posted my frank opinion of a player (Can) I thought is not bad but just average and since then, a German Football league Pundit has said the same thing if you care to read.. Notice the date, it is way after I said it first before the weekend..

Your argument is that just because I don't share the same opinion of a certain player with some who thinks he is 'the sky' I am causing trouble? Please be more mature and see it from both sides and not from only one even if you share the same opinion.. At the very least I didn't say he was crap, I said I rated him probably better than allen by a bit isn't that good enough?

Lastly, I like to remind you of the term double jeopardy as you seemed to be trying to understand how to be a fair moderator.. Past event which has been dealt with shouldn't be a reason to this. And as a responsible moderator, I like to remind you to kindly see its merits on a case by case basis even if your personal feeling aren't. If me calling Can 'an average' player is an infringement to the rules, then I don't know what other opinion isn't.

Like I said, it's really your choice or hwz forum's.. I am aware having a difference of opinion even if I strongly belief it's correct may put me at your mercy and a few others here who don't agree with it as you have said.. And sorry I missed out on your take of Can.. If it's not too much to ask for would you mind enlightening us for my benefit? I really like to know your opinion.. Serge Aurier...looks like we are rumoured to fight for his signature with Arsenal.

No news on a new centre-back...which I think is actually quite critical...maybe we will see more of andre wisdom next season.
