Hi there,

my laptop has ran into some problems.
1) powered on
2) shows failed to shut down properly
3)click start normally
4)reaches the windows 7 page then hangs there forever

no matter what option I click it just hangs there and can't get onto the page for me to login to the desktop.

Can I bring the laptop down for you to service?

hi, i am having some freezing/blackscreen/autoreboot issue with my PC. happens most of the time when i'm gaming (dota2), it happens even if GPU temp is 50-60.

i'm not sure if the problem lies in the gfx. the problem is random and i can't replicate the freeze/black screen.

do you replace parts on the spot as well? or i have to grab the part after diagnosis.

how old is ur PC? did u update ur drivers or installed anything b4 this happen?
