It's processed - from the Coca Cola company: what did you expect? :s13:

Go brew your own green tea is the best.

I still lim lo as long no sugar added. I usually drink one 1.5 after workout. i can squeeze out my sweat from my t shirt after 10-12 click run.

thanks for the fast replies...

but will it be damaging to the body like those carbonated drinks because of its preservatives etc if i drink it on a daily basis without any exercise?

sorry if im asking this in the wrong thread...

Anything that's made by Coca Cola is crap! Any bottled/can drinks will definitely contain preservatives etc... very unhealthy in the long run. Best is to avoid & brew your own green tea.

The last time I bought macadamia was from a shop called 'long ma' (dragon horse) above Albert Centre Market & Food. It is the biggest sundries shop on that level. Hard to miss it.

It was going for $30/kg that time.

everyday lim ayataka kym?or its also considered processed?

To be frank, I don't consider ayataka as highly processed and actually list it on my safe to drink list, along with oolong tea and F&N club soda.

The preservatives inside, imo, is the lesser evil when compared to the sugar content and artificial flavoring of other carbonated sodas like coke, 7-ups, pepsi etc.

I would drink ayataka, oolong and club soda as and when I feel like it. However, the majority of my liquid consumption will still be from water.

Also, canned/bottled drinks are definitely more expensive if all you're looking for is to quench your thirst. Stick to our good ol' trusty tap water for that purpose :D Consider investing in a quality water bottle too!

My advice is not to buy any drinks from bottles or cans other than mineral water; green or oolong tea, brew yourself. When you reach my age ie late 50s, & you see your friends on all sorts of long term medications, you'll understand why I'm advocating this. :)

Best to just drink plain H2O...hahaha

Add a slice of lemon for flavour (and sea salt to replenishment) but that's about it

Wah didn't know scs butter is made from grass-fed cows' milk. I used to eat scs but my taste has since leaned towards anchor :s13:

Some say that one way of telling if a butter is from grass-fed cows is looking at the colour - grass-fed butters tend to have a deeper yellow than grain-fed ones (of course, there's nothing to stop manufacturers from adding a yellow dye)...hahah

Yup, Chinatown will definitely be much cheaper but I won't specifically make a trip there just to buy them. Maybe that's just me but I prefer the convenience of a shop near my home. Haha

Trade off between time and savings...hahah

but SCS seems whiter than anchor. hmm. they say grass fed more yellow in colour.

fairprice have a new grass fed butter brand - west gold.
