Case for R Pi 2

Just bought one and verified that it works.

What case do the bros here recommend?

1. Minix X6, himedia H7, and a old 5 year-old UHOST1.

2. Use wifi. I make sure the wifi can support at least 10Mbps.

3. From a few good kodi addons, like the mutt nuts, hd-trailer.net, genesis.

I have started a facebook group, many of the members are sharing their experience on tv box, and applications including kodi. May be you want to join and share your experience on Pi2.
At the moment we have 3000 members.

Wow, 3000 members!

I have had several Android boxes - including the Minix 7 and 8, and a couple of Tronsmarts. Surprised (but good to know) that your devices can run Kodi on wifi with 10 Mbps.

BTW, is the Odroid C1 available in Spore, or direct from Hardkernel (Korea?) is the only source? Don't mind playing with one.

I bought from Element 14 (Singapore) the case and the 2A power supply (highly recommended; came with multi adapters for 2 and 3 pins power sockets) for a total of about S$23, free postage/delivery (together with the Pi 2)

Order deliver, delivery kills not the price of the board.

If someone initiates a group buy for the Odroid C1, I will participate for sure.

Hi guys, I had received my RPI 2 and managed to set up Openelec via Lan.
But I am unable to find "network manager" in the programs addon.
In the system Openelec option, I can see my Wifi, but unable to connect it at all.
May I trouble any expert here to advise me on the setting up of my Wifi? Thanks.

Not all WiFi card modules have drivers built into the kernel, if your binary is not available you have to compile from source
Either that or buy a supported model

I bought my wifi dongle via AliExpress and it runs good. I did 2 settings on OpenElec:

1) On Network - tick Active on Wireless Network
- untick Active on Wired Network
2) Connection - find your wifi network and connect with PW

Guys, I got the Wifi working. I installed the config wizard and rebooted. Went into Openelec and got it working.
Meantime, anyway to watch Live TV from Navi-X? Most of it are not working.
Vdub25 says "DOWN" when I managed to install it this morning(yday it says unable to connect).
I was hoping to catch live TV when I bought the RPI 2. But now seems not gonna happen after I read some info online regarding the "RTMP".

I am looking a compatible bluetooth dongle for rpi2.

Any recommendation? Brand, model, where to buy and how much (preferably <$10)?

Thank you. =)

Try BBTS, free streams, worldtvnews

Guys, I think we are touching onto sensitive media content and streams. I suggest we leave these out of this thread and focus mainly on the hardware and software.

Thank you for your post. I've recently ordered a cheap android box for iptv, but now I've ordered the PI2, enclosure and power supply from element14 as well. =:p
I like to have "better" control over the box and certainly Raspberry PI is more supported than the off-brand china box.
