Lol... Xiaomi (CN) got free 1 year replacement for any damages including crack, drop in toilet bowl etc

Xiaomi very aggressive! Making the big players having a challenging time these days. XM diversify into many lol.

LG should join in to find products that appeal. Don't waste their resources since already in gadgets.

The LG Flex 2 gives and provides an ergonomic hold on the phone which should sit pretty comfortably on your palm. Together with its large crisp 5.5" screen that sports a 1080p resolution and coupled with 2GB or 3GB ram, 16gb or 32GB of internal memory respectively, it has pretty much everything that an average user needs to run his stuff daily on a phone.

Including the of up to 128gb microsd for expandable memory (well, funny because 200gb is now out), you can carry all your memories together

Why the twin model with 3GB ram and 32gb internal memory or 2GB ram and 16GB internal memory might be puzzling but probably costs?

It will be running on the latest Android OS - Lollipop
POLED in Full HD 1080p screen, resulting in a resolution of 403ppi.
The screen is protected by Dura-Guard Gorilla Glass 3
With the heart powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 quad-core processor running 2Ghz, it also supports native 64bit processing
OIS+ on the 13 MP (megapixel) camera for the back (rear) with 4K high-resolution video recording and 2.1 megapixel at the front, it offers something new that others do not support - using laser to do auto focus

Battery is rated at 3000mAh...

The self healing back of the LG G flex2 is interesting because it will help maintain the "pristine" of the device from daily wear and tear, so will the resell value be higher?

You can read reviews. Some say it's not an issue. Some say it got warm easily. Overheating is definitely exaggerating. Modern processor all have thermal sensor. Once it gets too hot, it will throttle to cool it down. It won't "over heat" unless there is a hardware fault. :s13:

But i do believe that the 810 runs hotter than Qualcomm's older phones. Playing with the demo units for a short while causes the phone to heat up a little already. But personally i think it's nothing to be worried about. It's the UI and performance of the phone i'm more worried about. :s13:

Oh, and G Flex 2 was the first to use LDPPR4 RAMs too. LG cramped a lot of new tech into the G Flex 2.

I told u it gets hot #HotLG #HotCurves #HotCurve

Only LG has this right? Or other phones also have? Like the Knock Code security to unlock phone. Probably is a intellectual property and proprietary thingy. When knock knock first came out, my friend who owns G2 showed me and I was intrigued by it. Very suaku of me. :s13:

POLED vs AMOLED? Which one better?

Both are same technology by different marketing term? Amoled should be better, as it has passed more generations and the korean company had pumped in massive amount of money in R&D.

Hardwarezone review said POLED has grainy pattern?

Should not be unique to LG only. Many OEM like sony, oppo, oneplus also have the double tap to wake up. Samsung was testing firmware with tap on side of phone to take photo in the stock camera app but not sure why it was not implement in official firmware.
