Customer no need to know that is your company's problem. But obviously someone has been feeding bananas that we are getting monkeys. We are not paying peanuts to deserve this.

Guys... please don't go into mud slinging and dragging moderators into the thread in the process.
I believe a simple status page much like MS Office365 infrastructure would be enough for an overview for people to see what is happening or whether there's an issue.
This page should also host maintenance/outage announcements.

And most importantly, host it off VQs network.
I'm sure VQ can pay a small fee to host the website elsewhere. Perhaps put some of that premium monthly fee towards such value-add services rather than a 'blog' nobody is interested in reading.

I wasn't a subscriber yet. So I thot their arrogant was due to their premium service. And believing users here that they are better then the traffic lights ISP I ditch ST and want to enjoy a better experience. But now every month I got a problem explaining the "premium" I am paying but not enjoying. They need not be accountable to their customer but I need to answer to my CFO. Maybe banning all the staff is not quite a good idea.

Im using macbook with no antivirus or firewall and no background apps running but still get this kinda result. Also, direct connection to zhone modem.

Used to be over 880mbps before the 1gbps upgrade, nowaday only hover at 790-800mbps. I previously worked for SingNet, ADSL may not have 1-2ms latency but i was never shortchanged on bandwidth.
I spoke to a VQ Tech Sup this morning and was told so long i can get 80% of the subscribed bandwidth, they are good to go. Well, this is not acceptable as premium ISP.
VQ leaves a rather bad after taste in my mouth.
Yup. You can either call in to request for one or go to the e-store and drop a request for one if you're shy over the phone

No official reply on their FB page despite tons of questions on whether network is down. This is bad. How much time does it take to post ONE line saying network is down due to DNS whatever and we are trying to resolve?
