My internet has been down since last night. Anyone having the same issue? Tampines HDB. Tried calling VQ several times but no one is picking up the call... It's has already been more than 12 hours...

went do speedtest just now
found out got boosted to 800mbps
when boost 1 sia? shiok!
no wonder ytd dl game can reach 70mbps

went website check...cheapest plan now 1gb


btw, is it possible to get a new modem? this modem 3yrs old liao...this few month keep bo tai bo ji lose connection, must reset modem...
the lights all green like normal
wifi + cable can't connect to anything

Ok...it seems certain links to hdb.gov.sg doesn't work. The main site https://www.hdb.gov.sg/ doesn't work even with google dns. The attached mobile site works however.

Remove the "s" after the "http"

Same as mine, been cranky for the past one month. Lost wifi connectivity twice in half hour.

I connect the zhone modem directly to my pc with lan cable and do a speed test. I'm getting random result varies from 480 - 930Mbps download and 114 - 478Mbps upload. Why does the speed fluctuate so much?

Also, do you guys get new modem? Mine is like a bit dirty, definitely not new...

I think you need to configure your Zhone as it is an ONT + router by default (if I am not wrong).

Just drop an email to our NOC. We can update your firmware on the zhone to the latest version. If there is any hardware issue we can replace the unit.
