All pomades have some element of shine, even those matte ones. Few exceptions include bb90 and Baxter clay pomade, which have minimal shine

I believe it's very hard to suit your needs 100% as different products have their own strengths and weaknesses, especially to match all three criterias. There will be some on and offs and a specific characteristic may often, more than not, outweighs the other characteristics. Unfortunately, pomades do not offer matte finish while being easy to wash off. The closest fit though will be clay products.Hi bros,
