Good to hear feedback regarding iPhone vs Samsung. Yes, the problems Samsung users are facing seems to be the most common and similar ones.

Some questions:
1) 6s vs 6s plus battery life- is the difference significant?
2) The 6s plus has optical image stabilization (OIS) but the 6s does not. Is OIS necessary, especially in our urban and modern lifestyles?
3) Can WhatsApp chat history be seamlessly transferred from Samsung to iPhone?

1) Yes pretty significant. I've a colleague using a 6s and he has to charge more frequently than my 6s Plus.

2) OIS is not exactly necessary but in low-light conditions and when using digital zoom to close up on your subject, you'll wished you've got the OIS.

3) Can't comment as I don't use Android.

1. Yes, the difference is significant. Somewhere between trying to survive a day of moderate use to being able to ease through more than 2 days of moderate use.

2. Having OIS has nothing to do with having a modern and urban lifestyle, it's to help when you are trying to take picture in low light situation. Generally, anything less than a brightly lit room is considered poor lighting for a camera and OIS helps a lot in that kind of situation (Which is a lot of situation as long as you are not shooting in the broad daylight or a place lit like the Apple Store). The series brings the OIS functionality to video recording as well so it produces much much more stabilised videos with the Plus.

3. No idea but I'm pretty positive it can be done with all the apps around

I just switched to the 6s plus. I am quite impress with the battery life too. Last the whole day. And the battery doesn't heat up compared to the 5s while charging.

I have briefly used the iphone 5 in the past. Battery life was terrible. Thats when i switch out to samsung note series.

Its good to hear the battery life so lasting. I should be getting the 6s+ model since it beats the 6s in the most crucial aspect.

I was reading up a review of 6s+ vs s6 edge+ , and seems like apple only 6s+ won 3/16 areas it is being thrown at. Whereas the edge + claims the remaining wins

Wondering if it's a bug in the iOS or so. But last night I remembered I did left it to charge overnight while I'm sleeping. Today morning, I woke up with a 67% battery life. Was stunned and asking if I did really charge overnight or not. After I did a restart on the phone itself, the phone battery percentage went back to 100%. o_O"

2: OIS is very important for blur-free photos. In lowlight it can also have longer exposure time which leads to lower ISO or faster shutterspeed which also leads to better photos.

3: u can backup to Google drive and restore the message on ur iphone.

for phones ah.. just get those that suit what u want to do ba..

i was from android; last phone is note3.. Before note 3, i like to tinker and every now and then change the ROM. During note 3, due to the Knox thing, i did not even root and sorta weaned off the habit of swapping roms.

Out came iOS8 and the extensions thing, which i feel could close the flexibility gap between iOS and Android.. then off i go to ip6+ :)

when was the last time you charged your phone? Might be a bug with the battery indicator which some mentioned before.

Ya I also don't like go qcd or a lab
Best is go back to apple. Talk to apple online and ask for a remedy
Even without Applecare u still can ask for a express replacement just a fee only rather than let our cmi local apple service centre to waste our time

Can't wairt for the real apple genius retail store to come

U could to a backup and full reset and see if helps
Suspect some appl issue

Couldn't agree more with kenchi. The current AASPs in SG are a nightmare to deal with. Was very relieved when a bro posted a link showing that Apple has posted openings for "Genius" in SG!
