10+ days is coz they go more than 1 place mah... so just refer to the tokyo part loh

universal studio is in osaka... are u planning to go just tokyo, or tokyo+osaka?
4k for 1 or 2 person?

4k per person more than enough... unless u planning to do a lot of shopping, eat expensive restaurant and stay expensive hotel

tokyo to osaka can take shinkansen. about 3hrs, 13750yen one way (check hyperdia). u might wanna get JR pass (7-days 28300yen) if u are gg osaka.
since u are planning to go only 7 days, u might wanna rethink whether to go osaka as transportation is quite ex.
