IMHO.
Cannot set to automatically deduct every 30 days.
Roaming data can rollover until 4GB.

Why is the chat support useless? What did you ask it and what was the reply?

thanks for the information, it's nice to hear that the roaming data can rollover.
no auto deduct, means i have to setup the reminder myself, might be slightly troublesome

the chat support is useless because i have tried many times, and it always says that the live agent is busy, despite waiting for many hours, no response, same like what user pigpigoink encounters

Heya will send you reminder SMS 3 days before the due date. After you receive SMS you can set pop up reminder or something. Then you can go top up or buy from the plan or something. It is barely any troublesome. A few mins can gao dim.

sounds good. so far no big issue with heya, right? I'm still deciding whether I want to switch to zero1 or heya
if heya can rollover roaming means better for me, rather than zero1 which does not and the roaming is only for 12 mths

After July 3G will shut down ma. Order by IMDA so need to be at least 4G minimum.

Might still be a problem if the 3G is down but the 4G has not been strengthened at those points.

So the place u see the network goes to 3G now, it will be a case of no network once 3G is down. Isn't that worse than now?

but why is 3G? I thought they are using Singtel network, so it should cover islandwide, isn't it? just that the priority will be lower

@keenklee
I am in need another 100Gb data line . Other then Simba and Heya. Which one you think prefer $10 ? Monthly auto deduction is a must for this new line? Network speed stability too. Thanks

The following have $10.XX Plan for 100GB
ST - Heya, Vivifi & ZYM.
M1 - Changi Mobile
SH - Redone
IMHO.
You are short of one more - Simba. :ROFLMAO:
I have Simba - to remind me how slow 4G/5G can get. :ROFLMAO:

How is Redone and Changi Mobile? I am thinking to diverse because I mostly Singtel.
I had experience when Heya was down, it is likewise for Singtel.
