At that time I was still using my circles.life SIM card, they haven't cut the connection. Few hours later my circles.life connection get cut already, then I slot in my heya one, still having this issue until now. The CS is bloody useless.

Now I can't even port over to other telco because they require SMS OTP also and I can't receive.

The Heya comes with a number. You can try to see if that number is still active. I would think that it should not be if your porting is successful. I guess if our heya number rings, then definitely not ported.

Now I just tested and I cannot even receive calls also... GG

There is a new heya bonus for top up? $50 gives you bonus $10,does this work when purchasing credits via Shopee?

I just received an SMS from heya after recently purchasing top up from Shopee. The SMS says that the *119# service will be stopped 11 Apr 2024, and that we should buy plans via the app instead.

No more Shopee top up?

My heya plan is expiring soon. How do I recharge?
You can head on over to any heya authorised retailer, Lazada or Shopee to top up your heya plan. Alternatively, you can top up in the heya app using Credit/Debit card or eNETS payment option.
The validity period for the new heya plan will start on the date of purchase of the new heya plan.
You can also rollover unused data and local mins if you top up before the plan expires.

Heya in app chat --> I can never get an agent to talk to. Was trying to ask about the extra $10 credit bonus for the birthday celebration.
Asked the official shop on Shopee and the reply was to ask in app... They don't know if we buy from Shopee we will get the credit or not... 🤦‍♂️

So, today (15 Apr 2024), I topped up $50 heya credit using the heya app and got the extra $10 after a while.

Just sharing to let people know that it's still available as of today.

Weird, I bought it about 10 days ago and still yet to receive my bonus..

Perhaps you try to get in touch with them again?
I bought in-app for 3 lines, all got the $10 credit.

I tried to go on heya chat again and it timed out 3 times but didnt get any agents everytime. Went to the shopee seller and within mins of him reaching out to heya I got my $10 credited.

All is good now!
