I'm on the 5G+ enhanced plan..... My girl using vivifi, connectivity also bad at same location...both same barebone network, highly likely is ST issue.

It will depend on the location.

If it is a Singtel network mobile signal coverage issue, the priority will not help.

As of now, I have not seen any real reports in this forum that SingTel 5G+ Enhanced Plans are better than the Singtel S$15.28 plan.

There are real reports that the 5G+ Priority plans are really better.

Indeed, this seems to be a SingTel network coverage issue and priority will not help.

My personal take on Singtel SIM Only plans.

I have experienced all 3 different type of plans.

1. SIM Only 5G+ $15.28/month - this is their best offering despite 12-months contract. Comes with 5G+ which is what most people would need. Of course, this plan is subjected to eligibility; if anyone is eligible and wants to be on Singtel MNO, this is the plan.
2. Enhanced 5G+ plan - I personally think this is the most useless one. I do not experience any significant improvements over the 5G+ plans
3. Priority 5G+ plan - If anyone needs the niche feature of network slicing especially for hyper crowded areas like New Year countdown, CNY countdown, NDP, concerts, F1, etc... this is the one for you. It is not cheap and on daily use basis, it has no significant difference to the 5G+ plans. But when the congestions comes in, this is where it shines. However, this is not cost effective for most people. Oh yes, during the NDP free eSIM try-out, if you need to make a customer support call to 1688, you really get the priority and skip through a lot of hoops.

Personally, I will pick either the base 5G+ or Priority 5G+ plans. I will totally skip the Enhanced one. The Enhanced one to me, to put very bluntly, is a "absolute waste of money".

Now that we have some users move from the S$15.28 5G+ plan to the S$19.25 5G+ Enhanced Lite plan, hopefully we will see some comparisons of real world usage.

As for SingTel MNO plans versus MVNO plans, the following is a good Q and A.

Singtel/M1/Starhub MNO plans will also have better support level which can be important for some users.

Is there a difference between Singtel Senior and Hi! Posted Pay Senior in turn of download speed and roaming speed?

Currently on Eight but find it slow when inside shopping mall.

The Singtel Senior is consider as MNO and the Singtel Hi is consider MVNO hence the priority will be Senior better performance in crowded areas. ( But a word of cautious every telco will have some form of hit in speed or performance during peak hours )

But if you see the packages for data plan is totally different... so take note to consider if you need higher priority with more expensive monthly or costing saving with better roaming data packages.

If you do not have much roaming usage, IMHO it is a very good value 5G SIM Only plan for local usage, based on my own testing. YMMV.

Thanks for the updates. I have added a note to the post to mention that the link with 340GB local data may have expired.

The other link with 250GB local data should still be valid.

On EWL, now my west side above ground Tiktok jams around once or twice per trip.

Could be:
- Singtel 15.28
- Android version upgrade for Samsung zfold 7
- Tiktok

That is still better than what users here reported with SingTel MVNOs like Zym and Zero1.

To me EWL underground MRT stations are not bad for SingTel S$15.28 plan, NSL underground MRT stations are much worse.

For NSL underground MRT stations, my Starhub Prepaid S 5G legacy line (S$3 per month special Happy Prepaid Card migration offer) performs better than the SingTel S$15.28 line.

So far I do not have any issues with the above combination for local usage: SingTel S$15.28 line plus Starhub Prepaid S line.

Roaming is not important to me as I do not travel often. I can use eight S$8 line for travel. My wife needs to travel often to Chine this year so I got the Singtel hi! S$15 line for her (non recurring now).

I use EWL every weekday from east to west and underground network is bad for ST, keep seeing rotating wheel often nowadays.... Previously on starhub connectivity is so much better. That's why I was so disappointed when it was stated st had the best coverage island wide

sagu can confirm that the other link that says SIM Only Senior with 250GB local data is still working as a close contact who is not a Senior used it to re-contract for 12-month and the application has been approved

Option 1A may not work but Option 1B will work.

NOT for new sign-up, not for port-in. Only for recontract of existing Singtel mobile postpaid customers (not including Gomo or Singtel hi! PostPaid/Prepaid customers).

If you have existing SingTel mobile 5G+ Enhanced Lite plan with 12 months contract, likely your order will be rejected.

If you are have existing Singtel mobile 24 months contract with device, you may have to finish 24 months contract before clicking the link.

If you have existing SingTel S$15.28 plan, then usually no issues to click the link about one month before contract expire date.

I did not noticed that the older "DataRoam Malaysia Monthly (6GB)" add-on was still effective in the new recontract. I only noticed yesterday after receiving the latest bill as there is a charge of S$16.

Just contacted SingTel to get it waived.

So whenever you sign up or recontract a SingTel service (mobile, Fibre Internet, TV), make sure you review the add-ons and cancel those not necessary ones immediately.

BTW, the 50GB Malaysia Roaming data is called "Bundled Roaming Malaysia (50GB) 12 months".

Since I won't be able to port out before the 15.28 contract expired so I went to unsubscribe those freebies that will be chargeable after the contract expired and note something from the revised agreement they sent me.
* Not sure if there will be further changes after my actual expiry on 10 Aug.

- 50% discount off the plan price till 2028 i.e. plan remained as 15.28 after expiry.
- caller id fee waived till 2028 as well.
- added free 120gb of local data with no specific duration.

interesting 'hack'... means your $15.28 contract is now valid for more than 12 months++? what about the bundled 50gb msia roaming data, talktime, sms and 5G access? this is a really good plan if it works as per agreement till 2028 and beyond.
