CPU+MB : well still preferable u get a i5 6500 for better performance.
RAM : maybe get a single 8GB valueram
Storage : with your budget u should include a SSD as a boot drive like Zotac MLC 480GB @PCTheme.
CPU: u can consider getting GTX 1060 or RX 480 (but im aint sure which resolutions monitor u getting and do u need a high refresh rates?)
Case and PSU : u dun have a psu included, but i need to know if u really want to get that FD Core 500 or not. for the psu will be get this Sliverstone SFX 500W Gold, as i think should be quite fitting for the case psu limitations.

Are you sure you are looking at the correct model? The nomenclature abit inconsistent. 1060 3GB isn't a fully enabled chipset like 1060 with the 6GB variant. It's almost more like a 1050 Ti.

Isn't the mini 6gb going for $369 from TD though?

MSI H110i Pro AC's DDR4 tops out at 2133Mhz. Think TS can just get 2133Mhz
