he ish not lol. he belonged to the minority deep green faction in DPP, the 老綠男 gang. thats why he lost in the primary. he was chosen simply becos he's the youngest among the old green men.

the old green men are the ones who chut full page newspaper ad calling for tsai to resign in early 2019, right after DPP lost most territories in mayoral erections in nov 2018.
