Movies are OK as they change scene. But gaming are prone to burn it becos of static graphics.

oh i see. is there any model or brand that u recommend that is close to c7? or should I just wait till next year for new models to release? LG might have improve significant improvement on their oled technolgy.:s13:

If you wanna get now, den look for the TV now. If u keep asking about the future then it'll always be uncertain. It's the same for mobile phones.

If you're looking for oled then the c7 is best for value now.
If you don't want oled becos you are afraid of burnt in, den opt for LG super nano led or Samsung qled.

There's been a recent test on the c7 model by a reviewer. It showed burnt in after 24 hours of static image. But after resuming normal dynamic use then it recovers. So burn in occurs but it isn't permanent. LG has some picture shifting technology to counteract burn in too.

Sry it's a personal friend coming back, can't really share

by commercial airline, even a 40" TV in it's original packaging will exceed typical checked in baggage size restrictions. besides a 55" OLED in it's box will weight close to 30kg. have you really thought this option through?
