just went to get my cash back at futurix...it's like a warehouse not a proper place like at LG redemption office.

Courts will give you "proper" forms to go and get your cash rebate. however at the redemption centre at Futurix....there are no proper forms to fill up .

They told me they are out of $100 choice voucher and said will mail to me in about 1 month time. they have a hand written note on my invoice that says $100 voucher KIV.

I wonder if they will really mail it. what if it got lost in the mail ? are they going to mail by registered mail ? or later ask me go collect personally because they afraid it will get lost in the mail.
I asked the lady to write it down stating that i have not collected the voucher and will mail it to me but she said "it's ok, we got keep track at our end that you have not collected".

there is no proper paper work that says they still owe me the $100 voucher. when dispute arise, look for who? no black and white also.

Anyone not collected your voucher because it's out of stock ? better insist on proper documentation.

Not true, all LG redemption of vouchers have to be collected from LG Redemption Centre in fact I had CASH for my other purchases.
As for my 55 C7T purchase, the free gift was arranged by the LG store agent where I purchased it to be collected directly from the BD store.
Great service, as it is slightly troublesome to go down to LG Redemption Centre.

like i said even if courts give me a better price then others like BD or HN but need to go down myself to redeem .. i would rather buy from others.. BD and HN the best no nonsense deal.. they help u to redeem and on the spot off set the amount for u..

I got that price from Courts.. just go to any one. You may have to go to different outlets/salespeople. See how hungry they are, and whether you kena a good salesperson.

Courts just want to inconvenience people. THose getting the C7 just go other stores and ask for $2599 nett and let them do the cash back bla bla themselves.

I not sure about the 55 cos I didn't ask.

But 65" I asked many places (courts HN BD gain city), still none can match courts megastore price.

But of cos it's a bit inconvenient need to go cash back. But I can clock my cc rebates this way I don't mind.
