I have a Panasonic P55vt50 Plasma, and somehow watching movies on it still seems more film like and cinematic to me than the OLED c7

Was watching Dunkirk and Thor Ragnarok trailers on the 65c7t last night, then went back and watched the same trailers on my Plasma.

OLED is super clear and too realistic for my liking, not cinematic like in the movies. Plasma still retains that look. Samsung LEDs also have this problem
It's the graininess of film u after.

haven't buy yet. lol

I think I will hold on to the Panasonic Plasma till it dies.

BTW, the 65c7t that shows in stores is on a retail mode? Is that why the movies look so fake?

Is there a cinema mode that will make it less fake

Maybe get it for my Parents house

i using LG plasma previously .. out of the box the vivid setting is too fake... u can try go store and ask the sale to change to cinema mode which is the best and most accurate setting...;)

Coming from plasma .. C7T is way better interm of color and sharpness and contrast ..

When compare watching movies on Plasma & OLED.
On OLED
Do U feel like movement seems unnatural ?
Normal walking scene...feels like the abit fast or sometimes abit slow?

Im asking coz .. watch Spiderman HD5 movie on my friend newly bought LCD LG 55UJ750.
After 10mins of watching I feel irritated.
Seems like movement seem unnatural.

Then whem home... watch the same Spiderman HD5 on my plasma.
Dont have the movement unatural problem.
On plasma everthing look ok.

Why ?

I watch the Dunkirk trailer in store, don't even look like a movie to me. Look so fake. Somemore Dunkirk is suppose to be shot on 70mm IMAX film. Really defeats the purpose if it's so unnatural. The quest for perfection has resulted in making the picture quality too perfect.

Will go view again and ask for Cinema mode this time, lol

it is most likely the soap opera effect from the TruMotion setting. turn this off and you should see what you are used to.

Any idea where can I buy the T8 stand to match with the LG soundbars?
Check with LG spare part customer service, they say don't carry the stand. The only shop I can find is from Best Buy US website.

Most shop eg Court, HN and Best offer direct offset anyway.

Yeah they still need yr receipt and ic and the box cutout to claim... Of cos if u sell yrself can get more but more hassle.. To go down claim yrself. But so far I think courts no direct offset.. U need pay full price then after get the free gift then they return u the 450.

Aiyo. Anyway they direct offset $450 you can sell at $500 or $550. Win-win for both.

You also get the G4. Why not?
