I'm testing a type where it's using a soft adhesive on the entire screen, similar to the type on my S8. It took some time but it's finally available, once it's here I'll review then link it if it's good. Don't want to link now because it might be garbage and don't want people waste their money.
Wa please test and give a review here. I'm currently using a tempered glass screen from P2O mobile. The sides didn't quite stick well due to the curve screen.

It's not about stickers, Whitestone got small bumps to lift the glass a bit so that there's a gap for the glue to stay.

Others doesn't have that and glue will spill out everywhere.

It's a nightmare when the glue seeps into the grilles.

Should be. I ordered one. Better than that sgfresh...
To be fair, I gave sg fresh idea a try and waited until now to see if this thing lasts before I write my tiny impression .

It's a full screen protector with cutouts at the speaker grilles and the proximity sensor. Front facing camera picture quality is not affected. Oleophobic coating is decent. So far so signs of lifting at the edges with a ringke fusion clear case. It's been a week so far and seems alright!

I think some bros here tried to install it themselves so a lot of sticky issues. Pardon my pun. Sg fresh idea do provide installation if you go to their workshop, just need to make an appointment with them using their WhatsApp contact on their website. The staff was very professional and I did not encounter any glue leaking from the sides or seeping into the speaker grilles issue. Maybe some of us here even tried them already but too shy to post review, haha.

Edit: they will let you overlay the screen protector with your case to see if you want to proceed

It's linked via their Facebook.

That said, I'm staying naked like my previous pixel xl. But this tgsp really looks nice compared to those which don't cover full.

The glass itself also too close to edges. Not case friendly for Spigen cases.

To me the primary purpose of the tempered glass is to crack upon impact instead of the screen, so I usually not buy any of those that requires glue application. Think of the tempered glass as a tank reactivate armor where it cracks and drop off upon impact taking all the damage with it and leaves the screen unscathed. If it is glued on the screen, the screen would take more impact instead.

Or, if you really sway until that 1% chance when the phone drops on the unprotected part of the screen and your tempered doesn't shatter but your phone screen does. :s13: Seen it happened to a friend's LG phone, the impact was on the unprotected small tiny area. :s13:

No stickers to cover the speakers?
Their design is not that of WSD. The bottom and top go all the way around therefore the glue will either go around or into the speaker grill for it to reach. Either way just crap.
Agree. This fked up my phone. Even if they install for u, loca will go into the speaker grill and fk the phone up. Not sure if I'm paranoid but the speaker sounds softer now. 100% regret.

Any recommendations for screen protector with no haloing?
You're not paranoid bro it's a fact. Mine was like this too and once the glue hardens dusts gets stuck into the grills easily. What I recommend doing is get a toothbrush and alcohol swaps and squeeze the alcohol onto the brush and brush the speaker grills. I did that and the sound improved by alot. However the dust part I'm still not too sure how it is cause I just did it yesterday.
To be fair, just using normal scotch tape to cover the grills is easy too... Did that last time for a friend's unit.
Cannot use stickers bro. If you look back at Alex's post you'll notice that the glass goes around the grills as well. So if you paste a tape over you're pretty much never gonna get it out again. But thanks for being a guinea pig for that screen protector that you're gonna test out.
Very expensive bro lol. Wait for 50% sale LOL.

Is the display always on while charging on the pixel stand? Can it be set to turn off until there are notifications for awhile or activated with voice match?

Only saw screen off when dark option...

1% chance to drop and another 1% chance to hit the unprotected screen.

Final probability is as good as striking Toto. :s13:
