Just received an SMS from DHL saying my phone will be delivered today. Fulfilled by Expansys.

DHL tracking website also updated, albeit missing the journey details from HK to SG.

ok i try call bank and kp again, maybe threaten to park my cash elsewhere if they don't waive. i already asked why there was the charge. they said it's because of this

All card transactions processed outside Singapore but charged in Singapore dollar (i.e. without any currency conversion) will be subject to an administrative fee of 2.8% on the total amount of the transaction, which includes a 1% fee by Visa or by MasterCard, which shall be payable by you and debited from your Card account. This includes but is not limited to any card transaction in Singapore dollars on overseas-based websites and mobile applications.

So much extra? Mine is 126x I think.

who want call screening 1, use https://www.xda-developers.com/enable-pixel-3-call-screening-pixel-2-pixel/ . works in singapore too. require root and your language set as united states

in this kind of scenario nobody thinks it's their fault, especially not mine. google insist that they only pocket my S$1249, while bank is the one who pocket my S$34.97 as a result of google handling the transaction out of SG.

maybe it's really my fault for buying from google. if bank dont waive, i llst just gonna take it as a lesson learnt

I got nothing to offer you other than a like for your post. It's small things like this that really makes me wonder if Google cares. And again no, it's not your fault. Nowhere in the purchase page tells you that they are using an overseas provider to bill you. It's not your fault.

Google sent it on 5th November stating that it was shipped.

DHL sent a SMS saying it is on its way.

I just called DHL and they said that it might be released from the warehouse by afternoon earliest.
