Been using aod since day 1 on my p2xl and p4xl. Dont think the battery drain comes from this.

On my p2xl which is pretty optimized already is about 1%/hr consumption on idle.

Sync on
Volume on
Vibration off
Adaptive brightness on
Adaptive battery off

E-commerce apps im not sure since i dont use them. Even if i do use to purchase a thing or two, probably uninstall after that.

I do have facebook app but seldom use also. Check occasionally only. No facebook messenger app.

Anyone having this issue? I'm finding my p3 draining faster. No shutdown issue yet. Hopefully local sets are not affected.
Ordered day 1 so it's probably early stock too.

One of my p3xl had this issue. I factory reset both (same apps, same settings) and you see below that one unit clearly discharge/drains faster than the other (without doing anything, just idle). Seems like the phone did not doze properly.

But it can last me a day inclusive of playing earpiece bt for like an hour balance less than 20%.
2 hours ish ost.

So far no solutions. Even google have no answers. Keeps directing to their template answers. Reboot, safe mode, uninstall apps etc

Likely. I noticed when on 10 beta 3. Other pixel had no issue. Only this particular unit.

Doubt dec update can solve the battery problem. Poor memory management still affects most p3 and p3xl users even when they roll out fix earlier.

Thats the problem with google. Possible
- OS bug
- inefficient coding
- customizations or settings

worse is hardware malfunction

Diff phone. Even backup is broken. Just shows google messed up and had no ideas/solutions...
