Should I get the 11" or 12.9"? Mostly use at home viewing movies/surfing web/etc... have mbp ...

To be very honest, the only time to get 11” is when u need portability (mainly if u use it in a packed train etc). Apart from that, 12.9” works better. If you can use A4 size writing pad, I think 12.9” iPad Pro is almost same size. Awesome for multimedia/ movies. My wife like the 12.9” iPad Pro more than the MacBook Pro as she use it for some notes, reading and multimedia.

i have both the new and old ipad pro 12.9 and was using the pro 10.5 as my main device previously. I feel there is a big difference, eps the size and weight. The old ipad pro is really too heavy n big to bring around anywhere.

The new ipad pro 12 look really good with a lot of "screen size" and is small and light enough to be used as a main tablet to replace my 10.5, face ID rocks too !

Thanks for the feedback bro! .... but do agree that 12.9 is a bit huge to watch some videos in train cos the screen super big, but I do like big screens too, more shiok!!

yes no idea why but the old 12.9 is really heavy !!!

wow, its not unibody. literally like top and bottom frame sandwiched between the glass and back cover. :s22:

higher chances of bending it if really not careful compared to other Ipad models.

Nobody in the right frame of mind will bend their ipad pro unless they got lots of cash to throw around.

Juz get a folio case frm apple which i did, throw into my bag pack and everything will be fine..

thks so much ! saw this, https://www.lazada.sg/products/anke...o42.searchlist.list.3.797b559c9bmUuI&search=1 ?

Anyone did a comparison between the charging speed of USB C PD vs normal USB C - USB A cable ? I am using a normal USB C - USB A cable for now and it took quite a while to charge my ipad pro 12, i was wondering if the difference is significant for me to take the plunge and go PD with a separate charger

There is a lot of difference charging with USB-C without PD and USB-C with PD. You’ll see about 30-50% difference in the charging speed.

Feel like making me want to get folio keyboard so that it won’t get bent easily.

Finally found a reason to hold back and not to buy the keyboard cover for my current 10.5

Your comment always make me LOL.

In fact, you’ll have more issue with your fingers covering the Face ID than the new iPad Pro bending easily. Don’t make it such a big issue when it is almost a non-starter.

The price not much difference between 45W and 65W.
Of course 45W is sufficient for all, even Macbook air or Mbp 13

I have many PD haha

Yup but I am specifically mentioning about the using the 65W on the usual suspects not the laptop category

Will see if it works well. I read some reviews that’s why I went with this brand. Not easy to find good braided cables from established Brands

Becareful since they are not MFi certified.

The next one you should buy from Anker. Probably the best charging brand by a long stretch!
