Jus wondering how many of you folks purchased your iPad from M1. It is cheaper overall based on the getting with the surf lite plan.

However then the Apple Pencil will not get the APple Care.

Anyone experienced getting a unit that is bent from a telco. Will they allow you to do a 1-1 exchange?

Buying from telco is always the last place you want to go if you got OCD.

Yes, only if purchased together in a single receipt.. at least that's how it was for me

I bought mine separately from 2 different retailers.

I called in to Apple and managed to convince the CSO to cover my Pencil under the iPad’s AC+.

The CSO will send you a another AC+ agreement stating the inclusion of the Pencil upon successful inclusion.

Please note that the CSO will need to see receipts as well as the Pencil’s box as the Pencil serial number is only available on the box.

No harm calling in to try for those who bought them separately.

for regular consumers no. Apple has yet to acknowledge the issue offically as far as i know. but for Glariel, a shameless serial lorlex koper different story...
