last month itself already got a 3rm at 900k @boon keng.

But that one is just MOP one.

They cannot blame Singles for record breaking homes sold. Cos no way Singles get BTO for these.

Time to change policy.
Those who didn’t get BTO lottery really get taxed gao gao like radish/carrot

very cheap liao.. $440k for 2 room 99 yrs.

Cost a little under a Mercedes S class that can only be used for 10 years.

and we havent taken into account the rent you would have saved by living in your own house. You are actually paying yourself to live there.

cos now they seem to tag BTO prices to "recent transactions" for resale units in that area

cos resale prices already so high then still peg bto prices to the recent transactions ? just only create a never ending loop that causes prices to push higher and higher.

for e.g. Feb BTO Stirling Horizon 3 room starting already 400-500k.

means after MOP this 3 room sure 600-700k already.

4 room BTO $550k-$749k. means after MOP this BTO got chance to hit 1 million. they compare prices to resale units and say BTO price cheep cheep

sometimes is not u want to buy then can buy ma... maybe cannot afford..

pretty sure at least half of these ppl buying 2 rm are actually families who can't afford a 3 room resale.. and unable to wait for 3 rm bto..

After MOP usually is double in price :s22:

stirling 3 room after MOP confirm will be > $1m

Not sure for PLH but even a normal 3R BTO which was bought at $250k-$300k was transacted at $900k after MOP

Even a 4R BTO at MacPherson spring was sold at $1m
