What would you suggest? STI stocks too slow for me.
i only invested in T-bills, MBH and CFA (Reits ETF) so far with my OA. Last one lost some money already. Playing it safer with my CPF monies though since I am already taking significant risk investing outside of it.

At 55, just going to transfer those counters out to CDP.

Say T-bills at 3%. A 0.5% premium over 0A 2.5%. 400k yields extra 2k. I need to consider.

Definitely won't touch REITs for me.

My dates are all super peak no way it is cheaper as it get nearer . It can only be full and not available .. even if got money to take SQ business class also no seat type hor

and my style is once I set my mind .. it is fixed .. I won’t flip flop and change 🤣

The reits etf is a interest rate punt for me. That's probably the max risk I'll take for cpf monies

Will never touch SG Reits, they can't even maintain their capital value
