i only invested in T-bills, MBH and CFA (Reits ETF) so far with my OA. Last one lost some money already. Playing it safer with my CPF monies though since I am already taking significant risk investing outside of it.

At 55, just going to transfer those counters out to CDP.

Stocks cannot guarantee capital value one. Even book value. Look at CDL. Trading way below.
