so they had changed the rules.....or

becos, was it 2023/22 i saw an insta of msian couple who travel to china almost every month or so. they are vlog travellers. Tibet was one of the stops they recommended. and there was another person who i randomly came across also took photos of tibet travel . both of them did not say anything about tour group. Thereafter somewhere in 2022 i had unloaded Insta from my phone
