We need to tax corporate and commercial properties gao gao based on AV. You want to increase rent? Can. I just increase your property taxes exponentially based on AV even if it's left empty!

Landlords will pass the tax on to tenants who rent.

yes I use to hv meals (usually biz) u can see many execs there, lunch must booked, if not wait. Now at JE, during lunch I can stroll up still hv table, I like their Kong Bak pao, sweet & sour fish maw soup.

F&B biz can do, but u need to work like until this uncle whom died at work, or the ckt uncle mati. I now see why moi 86 yr uncle is partially residing in Batam. He told me son "WE MUST LIVE HAPPILY"

My grandfather was with the clan nearby... So the staff at the restaurant know him

Food quality ish still gd. I noticed they kept many of the old staff also.
Was told for sat dinner (especially like mom & dad day) better pre book

Our absd also didn't stop property prices from inflating...

Banks will just get creative to "help" business with rental loans etc

I ever went 2.15, son came up to me "uncle pai sei let me check if still hv for u" .... "uncle u last one" behind me got 1 guy walk away.
