Alot of times it looks complete but interior units is a mess... And landscaping maybe can't pass also.... So even if block looks ready, maybe is another 9months or so more

Me, my army friend also a medic and 2 st John ambulance crew had to navigate our way through the crowd and stretcher her all the way back to the treatment room where the MO doctor is

4 bedder HDB is turning into bag holder HDB. Will need to sell at a discount. Youngster can't buy, old ppl don't need the space. Likely end up go back to HDB. Quite gg.

4 bedder has 4 bedrooms. HDB newly built only 3gen units are 4 bedder. If want 4 actual bedroom without 3gen restrictions must buy older units built in the 90s or older.
