I went PG several times for the 50% dim sum promo

Here is my review:

The food actually not bad, but the selection is extremely limited. Like only 7 steam items and 5 fried items ... the menu is less than 1 page for the dim sum

The rest is all the ala-carte items which are pretty pricey

So I feel the 50% dim sum promo is more like a bait to get customers down, and hope they will order other stuff, which comes across as very gimmicky imo

Isn't the responsibility of the customer to find out the price?

Waiter/Waitress who forewarn about the price may enrage some customers who feel they are being belittled.

If cannot afford restaurant prices, mai hao lian, go food centre to order roast meat instead. :s8:
If the manager states the price, the same customer will say, Dog eye see people low you think I cannot afford?

It's more than enough to get a whole suckling pig.

Sometimes I see these restaurants dare to charge like this probably too used to earning tourists' dollars... too much already... and zero consequences...

That's why we should celebrate when restaurants close door. However, at that price, I won't be surprised that there are still many willing carrot heads there to be chopped ....in the name of 面子 and the feel of Atas.

Is d quantity in 1st post on tat plate for real? Tats wat u get for 300 plus?
Restaurant review sounds negative. 2.4 kg lobster was charged $1008. Another commented "Male captain was very sneaky, first up ask if we want yusheng, and suggested the long ma for4 of us, sounded weird, checked the menu and it was $298 w salmon and lobster, rejected it outright"
