Uninstall the cam app and reinstall. I encountered the same issue and this solved it.

I was thinking of getting the Theta S but should I wait for the Samsung Gear 360? Does it cost about the same? The quality looks a lot better than the Theta S!

I use LG360 cam to take video, then I take out the SD card, and upload the video, the stitching is horrible.
is it that you need to download from phone first then can upload?

Edit: need to use LG360 app to download the video to your phone first then can upload the video... no issue already.

I'm otw to buy this. Just checking this can rec max 1hr of video but will auto cut off after 20min per clip, correct me if I'm wrong. What is the file size for 20min clip & 1hr clip? Wanted to get either 32gb or 64gb card for this.

I want to know this too. I'm assuming it's possible. Someone mention uploading to Flickr before uploading to social media. Can you try this? If can't, I may not buy..

It works with other phone, just that it more buggy. Test it on my Huawei Phone just now, I also have Samsung edge as well
