singapore needs foreign direct investment to boost foreign reserves

if tpg wins it needs to raise funds to build network in SGD

i expect tpg to contribute at least US$1 billion in foreign reserves by 2018 if it wins

then it would list tpg sg in sgx to issue shares to pay for the network infrastructure

it is experienced in virtual network with optus in australia and broadband
