depends. some times getting 1x liu bei fragments and 1x fa zhen fragments in one go of 10x isn't uncommon.
and 1x is only 10 ingots.
The rate of good stuff is so high that this is going to break the economy totally. Not sure if they are going to fix this. If u wan to grab, faster grab.
