Either u do her mission x10 everyday or u wait for day 20 bonus or can buy using country battle mission rewards.

Well, replaying is just to optimize the account... since during first play wasted quite a bit of resources.

if u r talking about general boosting items, u can try chong shen the generals u do not want to be in the main group to refund them.. I haven't try before though.
