55"Inch TV Recommendations

55inch, below $500, any suggestions? how about u7k ?

if possible sub 1k max 1.5k

- current TV is 55" LG Oled ( up lorry )
- change to a cheaper 55" as got a toddler ( scared she throw toys on the TV then spoil )
- mostly watch Netflix, think need Dolby Vision
- re-use back LG soundbar if possible.
- good CS ( means TCL out? )
- TV at living room beside window

should I go for mini LED or ?

Hisense can get less than $200 for 55inch during promo but need buy external google tv box so total price is higher.

Looking for a 55" with good sound. Old LG 55CXPTA was very good imo. Went Best the sales recommended Sony Bravia 3 S30 for $1,099 or the 5 XR for $1,999.

Any comments anyone?

Any bros here can share some advice on OLED vs Mini Led TV? I was gonna get the LG C5 but saw the Sharp XLED TV C55HU8500X and think the colours look more natural. Is it a bad decision to buy Sharp TV?

the C5 has very accurate colours with the right settings, just that in the showroom it is set at Vivid mode, which has oversaturated exaggerated colours.
