Simple explanation

In the olden days, 张家 discover a door called "青铜门". Behind the door its a secret call 终极

张家 then want all their descendants to guard this door.
However 汪藏海 discover this secret and wanna sexpose/make use of it. He tio 张家 threaten and he knew he was not capable to go against 张家。
So he created 汪家 to try to sabotage 老九门 and weaken them

In the end of 盗墓笔记，it was 小哥 turn to guard the door and this is why he disappear for 10 yrs and never appear in subsequent story like 沙海

As for 终极， it has got something to do with 长生不老 which was 吴邪 found out in 盗墓笔记之云顶天宫. 汪家wanna use it to resurrect their ancestor 汪藏海

So is 汪家 really the 那個「它」? And in 盗墓笔记, there has been shown various way to 长生不老 (the jade suit, 西王母 la) . Why die die must have 青铜门 and use the 张家 method leh?

西王母 her 长生不老 method come from 青铜门loh. She and her tribe migrated to 长白山。 She created the 张家 first chief to guard this secret. Fyi all 张家 chief have the same name call 张起灵

Jade armour? U referring to the 玉俑?
If i remember correctly from the novel it was made by 西王母 for her lover using the same material in the 青铜门。
But apparently the effect is not as great as the real stuff behind the 青铜门. I believe this is one of the many loopholesin the novel which the author fail to explain properly

No la, the copper door method seems to be originated from 万奴王. He is the one that migrated to the 长白山 with his tribe. Not the 西王母.

"传说每一代万奴王都是从青铜门后出来的，而且都不是人，是怪物." Another mystery as to what's behind the copper door and how come 小哥 can still remain "human".

西王母's method is the meteor one. I remember in the novel, at 西王母宮殿; there's a corpse in front of the meteor. Then they encounter 陳文錦 there who then disappear into one of the tunnel in the 天石. I remember if 陳文錦 never stay close to the 天石, she would become a 禁婆 like 霍玲. Then before the main character left the place, they saw a person that looked like the corpse staring at them from the entrance of the 天石's tunnel. And that person is implied to be 西王母 (longest living character so far)?! But she also went back into the meteor and the main character can't find her or 陳文錦 again.

But given the novel tendency of "unreliable narratives", I can't be sure that it was 陳文錦 or 西王母 they saw. As you remember, they can wear human skin mask and pretend to be someone else sia. It can be 陳文錦 pretending to be the corpse in front of the meteor. Or even someone else pretending to be 陳文錦 all together.

Plus I don't think the novel has given hint as to what 陳文錦 and 吳三省 were up to 17 years ago. And how come only 吳三省 is still around. while the rest all kichia or disappeared.

Ya lo. The fake/real 吴三省 csb also a little too much.

吴邪 ginna maybe cannot tell. But you sure the fake 三叔 can fool's the dogs of 吳老狗 meh? Plus 吳二白 is also not someone easy to be fooled wor. 吴邪 describe him “二叔他要是想骗你，你要是去查肯定什么都查不出”。Somehow, nobody knew of fake 三叔. At some point, I think the whole 老九門 is just trolling 吴邪 for sake of "protecting him".

The fake 三叔 and real 三叔 can pretend that 解連環 is already died. But he actually become the fake 三叔. Now that there are 2 三叔, they can 神出鬼没 to confront/confuse the 那個「它」.

But that's also why I mentioned about the "unreliable narrative" of 盗墓笔记, at least from 吴邪's POV. Characters can switch identity/share identity, so can't really take what 吴邪 saw/describe as the truth.

Maybe 那個「它」is 吴邪 sia.

That 阿宁 also lagi best. Very good at fighting and survive so many traps and monsters.

阿宁 got appear in some of the 盗墓笔记 tv series. 裘德考's underling. But her death jin sad; and got to say it surprised me, since she is the only female main character at that time.
