Hill@One-north preview weekend with 1500 visits, eventually sold 30%. My guess 8@bt probably 40% to 50% at launch due to the high price point.
Guess I am close.. ;)
Very good result for Bukit Sembawang. They can slowly increase price and sell until TOP.
Interested to know what is the average PSF.

actually it is a no brainer to buy 8@BT if you want that location.

at current stage, reserve left with 4 bedder (4mil) and penthouse (8mil)

and those that bought the reserve higher floor 2bedder, also paid relatively high psf 1 year ago, comparable to 8@bt now

That is likely to be the better facing - nature reserve, top floor, 2 bed + study and with a real view..
A very liveable prospect..
The same price may get you a low floor with no view in this condo. No issue if it's purely to rent to those who need the address or just put a lower rental amount to quickly rent it out...

they want to climb bukit timah hill every morning, helps with longevity etc
and it is closer to mrt than reserve.
and you get all the benefits of the beauty world transformation.
lots of tuition and enrichement centre for kids
24 hours eateries.

personally im not a big fan of beauty world area but if you really like, then why should we keep on harping on the fact that you die die need to get queue <100 number for reserve. if you dont get, you better turn back time and enter linq at low 2k. else please dont enter anything else. doesnt make sense right?

for now 8@bt price is just current market price. if you miss the linq, and miss the 2300psf reserve, 8@bt is your chance if you want that area

I agree with you. This is prob the last new launch in this area. For own stay, is no brainer. Buyers may be only looking at quantum and affordability. There is also another plot of land opposite the linq for future development, after 2028 when the hawker relocate back.

How about other condo in the vicinity e.g creek or signature park? Lower psf

8@BT is a boutique apt slapped with a tiny pool

Not condo pls whahaha

some say might as well stay in prime HDB….1.5M top few floor 5rm flat

You can pay top dollar for the surround HDB, but people don't buy this condo for facilities or even the food... I suspect the school is the first thing, then maybe the MRT and then amenities etc..
But the Linq, the RR etc are possible resale alternatives..

Is 8@BT within 1km of MGS? EC said he couldn’t tell
