Hill@One-north preview weekend with 1500 visits, eventually sold 30%. My guess 8@bt probably 40% to 50% at launch due to the high price point.

Maybe kenna ceist and desist letter from Bukit sembawang. But if I am the developer, I will also be dulan and make sure there will be no privilege for JNA in any future new launch.

Wait it's all the RR owners who go there kachiow only. The introduction of the powder room in the 2B1B is indeed innovative thinking and the housing shelter will be very much welcomed. I would say this development is more suitable for ownstay than for investment.

Still prefer balcony so I can sun my clothes when it’s hot. Bedsheet also sun smells good

i don't think RR should command +15%.
I doubt RR is +15% over Linq. i.e. +15% over 2800 psf (median Linq subsale) is 3220 psf. quite unbelievable.
