forgot to mention that I think RR and Linq should roughly be at the same psf. that's where my opinion differs from you.
Btw, Mori in Geylang FH boutique (100+ units) last few 3+study units selling for 1800psf from developer.
Around 10min walk to MRT.

JNA guys took down their video on 8@BT.
will leave everyone to deduce what the reason is. I suppose they had some feedback from the developer :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
they now restored the video. but the last section on "Buy, wait or avoid" seems to have been removed.

Wait it's all the RR owners who go there kachiow only. The introduction of the powder room in the 2B1B is indeed innovative thinking and the housing shelter will be very much welcomed. I would say this development is more suitable for ownstay than for investment.
Still prefer balcony so I can sun my clothes when it’s hot. Bedsheet also sun smells good
