Before they started talking about buying back these shops (using tax payers' $$), what about:

• Police and other "authorities" stepping up and doing their jobs to patrol or conduct raids? Come on, we normal citizens could easily spot these shops on a daily basis, they could not see? Or they choose to close one eye and shut the other?
• Who approved these shops to conduct these "activities" one? Who approved these businesses one?

Before conveniently setting up smlj task forces, asking citizens to help report, how about these JLBs really start to do their jobs properly while already being paid by we the tax-payers? Gosh!
