ri ri hong is value n cheap but one down side is that the mala got spicy but no numbling, felt very letdown cos they dont use numbling spice at all. Try many times even with max spicy also no numbling.

i think they tune to local taste. like me i dont like numb, so i always tell them less ma.

maybe you ask them more ma next time, the numb should be coming from the peppercorns
