A lot of employers in Singapore are issuing warning letters to their employees

This thread so bs. Why risk getting into unlawful termination investigation? Just need to give employee 1 month notice. In the grand scheme cheaper.
Now need to give bonus and the only way out is a warning letter follow by termination

Actually the situation is many Singaporean are still buying condos and cars. :o Not really a lot jobless or gloom. :o I believe you but there are not many nor they are majority. :o

They are just a tiny small fraction of the whole Singapore population. :o

if the company have to resort to this, might as well leave, since they already have cash flow problems

dont expect increment & bonus, a paycut is more likely.

Just find some fault and issue warning letter

Eg. You didn't eat your breakfast this morning and your stomach grumbling distracting your colleagues etc

All these biz all relying on JSS to float .. once no more support, all kinds of pattern to manage the staff out …
Now with lane closure , orbi goot ,no cheap talents ..

best is still to join iron rice bowl..
My employee is very understanding, I told him since JSS is ending soon, he should look for a better job. I never give him any warning letter or PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).
