This thread so bs. Why risk getting into unlawful termination investigation? Just need to give employee 1 month notice. In the grand scheme cheaper.

Now need to give bonus and the only way out is a warning letter follow by termination

Actually the situation is many Singaporean are still buying condos and cars. Not really a lot jobless or gloom. I believe you but there are not many nor they are majority.

They are just a tiny small fraction of the whole Singapore population.

My employee is very understanding, I told him since JSS is ending soon, he should look for a better job. I never give him any warning letter or PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).
