Kam's Roast Goose 甘牌燒鵝
Founder was the grandson of the founder of Yung Kee.
The last I had was the year when they had their 1st Michelin star, and it was good if not better than Yung Kee.
No bookings, only queue. Made perfect financial sense for them since they had no lack of customers.
This is their 10th year of consecutive 1 Michelin Star, and they are quite an icon in that respect.

Only half or full roast goose. No 例牌/Quarter Serving.
Dismally felt quite dry and tough, not fatty enough this time, almost diametrically different from what I had previously.
We had 濑粉 and rice as carbohydrate accompaniments.
One of my fav order ( elsewhere ) would be a 燒鵝例牌(下庄)濑粉湯.
Chicken was actually better
Even the thigh portion is insufficiently fatty.
Could be an outlier, I dunno. Combined with the atrocious queue, I am unable to recommend.
