Thanks for pointing out on MST, didn't know of it till today. Googling it shows different outcomes, most website says that A70 have MST, but theres a M'sian site saying that their A70 model does not come with it. So it SG unit same as M'sia..?

The cheaper Samsung phones previously that supported Samsung Pay also didn't support MST, only with NFC

Can someone confirm? Hope Samsung Pay can work on A70.

Edit: Contacted Samsung SG. A70 will only be compatible with Samsung Pay at a later date. Felt strange cos A70 has NFC.

I'm just curious, what does Samsung Pay provides that Google Pay don't? We don't use the magnetic stripe in SG anyway.

Anyone using G Pay on A70? Can work?

Because Samsung Sg said S Pay not supported by A70 at the moment. So, alternative is G Pay.

I had a quick look earlier today.

A70 does come with both 6gb and 8gb. But according to Samsung official site Singapore, we only have the 6gb version.

Malaysia has the 8gb.
HongKong has both 6gb and 8gb.

But Singapore has by far the lowest price.
On top of this, Singapore's model also has the most 4g/lte Bands.

I will probably just settle for the 6gb model given the price differences.

How would the extra 2GB ram be worth it of the SOC is 675 anyway?

I am a low end user and have the S8 which is still plenty for me.
