Anyone knows cement screeding for 5 room bto is how much?

Hi mib500. Mind sharing with me your quotation from carpenters and absolook and the ID detail via pm? Thinking of these 2 firms but heard they can be expensive.

not really they about moderate kind of pricing... between cheap and expensive..

Not sure about 5 room bto.. but for 3 room bto usually they quote aroung 1500 - 1700. Excluding kitchen.. but if you planing to use tile as your flooring then no point of screeding unless you wanna use vinyl or laminate.

ic... thats the reason why i look for ID as both me and my wife working.. so cant focus to much on our house renovation... still searching for IDs.. havent sign anything yet tho..

After reading bros comments seems like Absolook is a good choice ... we engaged Absolook for our 5rm bto ... project on going ... seems like every task also got problems ... or we unlucky always gets the inferior teams ....

still on going .. a lot of redo every new item installed is a surprise ... why like that one ...

good thing is they are trying to satisfy us ... materials wise we have our doubts ...

wont recommend until final see wats their final standard ... but also ... if final standard is good y cant make it good in the first place

Signed up with an Absolook ID at tradehub branch. before signing very prompt and entu, after signing attitude totally changed. Now we are stuck at the 3d dwg stage, the first draft was crap, only around 20% of what we discussed.... ID went MIA for 3 weeks already. not replying us, cannot keep her promised date to send us revised DWG. We are going to contact her manager I& cancel with them and go to CASE if they don't want to refund us. Luckily we only paid $500 as deposit till date.
